Evolve Clothing Co. provides custom clothing manufacturing, fabric sourcing, and white-label manufacturing services. All orders, including timelines, materials, and costs, will be agreed upon formally through direct consultation and quoting before any manufacturing begins.

3. Order Finalization and Payment

• Samples must be approved before bulk production begins.
• A deposit is required prior to commencing production, with the balance due upon delivery, as per your formal agreement with Evolve Clothing Co.
• Any changes to the order after production has started may incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
